Our Simple Loan Process

• You complete our easy online application or call and apply over the phone with a Loan Advisor at 604-512-5118.
• A Loan Advisor is assigned and imports your application information into our automated underwriting system and obtains a loan approval.
• The Loan Advisor contacts you by email or telephone with any conditions of the loan approval and requests copies of the required documentation such as pay stubs, T4’s, bank statements, etc. to validate application information.
• Your Loan Advisor receives all of the requested documents and disclosures and handles your loan from application to closing.
• Your Loan Advisor is available to you anytime via email or phone and will keep you informed during your loan process.
